  • Item must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging

  • For Khaddar & Fabrics → Must be unstitched & unworn

  • For Shoes → Must be unused with original box/packaging

  • For Cosmetics → Product must be sealed & unopened

  • Keep your order receipt or confirmation email 📧


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • ❌ Sale / discounted products

  • ❌ Customized or stitched fabrics

  • ❌ Opened or used cosmetics

  • ❌ Damaged items due to misuse or improper care


⚠️ Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • 🛠 A defective product

  • 📦 Wrong item
    📍 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery & send photos/videos.
    ✅ We will replace or refund — free of charge.


💳 Refund Process

  • We’ll inspect the returned item 🧐

  • If approved ✅ → Refund processed in 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges 🚚 are non-refundable (unless our fault)
